If my eyes are very red from sinusitis, do i need a doctor? sinuses blocked for 4 days, but sinuses better. eyes look bad though.

Depends: If there is green or yellow discharge coming from the eyes, it is advisable to see a doctor. If the sinusitis was due to allergy, an allergy tablet might help. If the eyes have a clear discharge, it might be a viral infection that must run its course. Be careful to avoid spreading infection from any discharge.
