Yes: There are different strains of human papilloma virus so you could give one strain to your partner and your partner could theoretically give you a different strain. You do not have to have visible warts in order to be infected or to be infectious.

Yes!: Women can have genital warts internally, where you can't see them. And the hpv virus puts women at high risk for developing cervical cancer. You should not have unprotected sex with your partner if you have genital warts, and she needs to be checked by a gynecologist. Please be safe. You are also risking other sexually transmitted diseases, including hiv.
