Highly unlikely...: It would be possible to transmit HIV by spitting onto skin, but this is highly unlikely. If the saliva were HIV contaminated (which you don't know in this case) and were bloody and your penis had an open sore, then it would be possible. If your penis had intact skin (no sores / cuts / etc...), then the likelihood of getting HIV from spit is very very low. Hope that htis helps. Be careful...
