No: Primary syphilis is usually a flat, hard, painless ulcer. Secondary syphilis can look like many things but not pimples.

Not the appearance.: In the first stage of syphilis, most sores (chancres) are painless (cervix, vagina, penis, scrotum, anus). Most often there is one sore in first stage but there may be more than one.The sores are hard ; round w an open ; oozing center. Sores on lips ; fingers may be painful.
