Dear std expert , i had sex about 10 months ago no more exposure, i do vdrl & tpha 3 & 6 months also rapid hiv 3,6,9 months all neg, now my shaft have singgle red spot like pimple white spot on the center, could this std or syphilis,hiv symptoms?

It cannot be syphilis and certainly not HIV. Conceivably herpes, but probably just a pimple. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
