100 mg/day for adult: Chronic administration of 1–6 g oral pyridoxine (vitamin b6) per day for 12–40 months can cause severe and progressive sensory neuropathy characterized by ataxia (loss of control of bodily movements). Nevertheless, an upper limit of 100 mg/day for adults is considered safe.

Depends: Vitamin b6 is used therapeutically for treatment of a condition call pyrrole disorder, which is associated with anxiety, mood lability, sensory regulatory problems, anger and stress intolerance. Doses used to treat this condition may be higher; however, this should only be done under medical supervision.
