Not made of saline: I am not aware of any saline buttock implants that are used. In the unlikely event that someone would use a saline breast implant for a buttock augmentation, it would theoretically be 'possible for saline butt implants to rupture.'.

Buttock implants: Are made of solid silicone. They don't contain saline like breast implants do. There's no inner container of fluid that can deflate.
