Why should i have saline implants instead of silicone ones?

Personal choice: In my opinion, silicone implants are softer, lighter, and more natural appearing. The outer shell of both implants is made out of silicone. Benefits of saline implants include cost. After obtaining all the information, it is a personal choice.

Personal choice: Saline implants are cheaper and can be placed through a smaller incision. Silicone implants tend to feel softer, like natural breast tissue, but require a larger incision. http://www.dassmd.com/breast-augmentation/index.html.
