What does high rdw and rbc mean? in blood work

The RBC: Count is not all that helpful. Focus on the hemoglobin (HGB) or hematocrit (hct). The high RDW mens there is a large variation in the size of the red cells.

These are my blood test results: RBC 3.02 low-- Hemoglobin !0.3 low--Hemocrit 31.2 high--RDW 176 high--- bilirubin 3.09 high-MCV 103 high-- Alkaline phosphates 120 high. Are these indications of cancer-? 6 months ago these were in normal range?
