Both of them can cause excess serotonin in your body which can lead to serotonin syndrome, a potentially dangerous illness. Symptoms include agitation, confusion, fever, unstable blood pressure, rapid heart rate, tremors, cramping, overactive reflexes, diarrhea, vomiting and flushing.
