You know better: Certainly your prescriber discussed the importance of avoiding alcohol while taking these medications. If not, then reading the material the pharmacy always provides is very important. Anytime you are given a prescription it is important to familiarize yourself with side-effects and warnings. Always ask questions!! Stay safe.

No: I would find it very hard to believe that your doctor or pharmacist did not warn you not to drink alcohol with these medications. Please take use of these medications seriously. Drinking on this combination is equivalent to not being compliant with treatment.

No: Agree with Dr.Fowler. It would be a bad idea to take alcohol. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
