Not proven: Rebounding trampolines have been advocated from making your vision better, glaucoma better, aligning the eyes to reducing migraines by movement of cerebrospinal fluid since wwii. But all are personal and scattered reports. But there is scientific data from nasa that showed it is a much better way of exercising for heart & body than treadmill and jogging. Certainly it won't hurt the eyes.
