Botox: Depends on the location of the wrinkles and how deep they are. Crows feet wrinkles may be addressed by botox. Fine wrinkles under the eyes can be addressed with a chemical peel. See a plastic surgeon.

Botox: You may need Botox or restylane (dermal fillers). It's best if you have an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist.

Skin care regimen: Sounds like you are doing the right things. Sun screen is very important. Other topical agents--vitamin c, retinoids, good moisturizers, etc might help. Botox could help in areas where the muscles of facial expression are causing wrinkling. Various laser treatments can be of benefit as well. A consultation by a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatologist would be helpful.

Finelines: For fine lines that are dynamic- like your smile lines around your eyes and forehead, a neurotoxin can reduce wrinkling by inhibiting muscle movement
