Not normal. : Are the eyelids or the eye balls itchy? The bumps on the eyelids may be from a contact allergy to some of the agents touching your eyelids ( rubber applicator, cosmetics, mascara , etc). Avoid touching your lids for at least 30 mins after polishing your nails. If the itching is on the eye balls, try zaditor (ketotifen) eye drop otc which may be helpful.
