Infection: Apply a thin layer of Bacitracin ointment three times daily and please see your physician. There is a probable infection of the skin which needs to be treated. Watch for pus, redness and swelling. Monitor your temperature and keep the skin clean. Avoid irritation of the skin, opening pimples or lesions, since this may increase the spread of the infection.
