Yes....: Having your wisdom teeth removed does not make you immune to the tetanus bacterial infection. If you are asking if you can obtain it from the procedure itself, the answer is no... All instruments are sterilized before each use. Most people are immunized with the vaccine, so the disease is rare in this country.

NO: Not from the procedure. Sterile instruments. Make sure your wisdom teeth are evaluated and treated by an oral surgeon.
