No worries : Sutures following surgery often become untied as the site heals. The swelling and inflammation sometimes stretches them allowing them to loosen. Other types of sutures like gut will dissolve and breakaway. The sutures do most of their won the first few days. If you think it needs attention, call your oral surgeon.
