Is it normal to have cramping several months after a hysterectomy?

Pelvic pain: If your ovaries were not removed at the time of hysterectomy, you might get pain coming from them. Also intestinal issues, like constipation or irritable bowel syndrome can cause similar symptoms. Have your obgyn examine you and run some tests.
