Absolutely not!: Any kind of bleeding, more abdominal pain, or things that seem abnormal could be a sign of complications of surgery. When uterus was removed (hysterectomy), top of the vagina was sewn shut. Unless there is a problem, there should be no bleeding from your vagina. Danger signs = weakness, fainting, paleness, fever, or a very tender belly should mean a trip to the er. Call your surgeon asap!
