Yes: Not uncommon to see/feel that. Go slowly and be patient. The top of the vagina has been sewed closed so the area is still somewhat raw, resulting in spotting and the act of intercourse can cause cramping. As long as no fever/chills, purulent discharge or heavy bleeding; no worsening of symptoms, then you should be OK. If you haven't had a post-op check, now would be a good time to see your GYN.
