No, because...: Bruising thigh(s) alone would not induce peeing bloody urine since there is no direct connection between thighs and urinary tract. But huge impact onto kidneys from fast deceleration may shake up kidneys leading to indirect injury for manifesting blood in urine. More? Ask doc timely.
