Coagulation studies: make sure that you have had the appropriate coagulation studies performed. Do you have family history of easy bruising? If your coagulation studies are normal, than aspirin or even ibuprofen usage can cause ecchymosis (bruising). If you aren't taking any medications that cause prolonged bleeding time and all coagulation a studies are normal, then be assured that you are fine and healthy.
