Bruising: Bruising very easy at your age is not very common but can happen for many reasons including vitamin deficiency ie. Calcium, vitamin k etc. Low platelet count or coagulation factor deficit can cause easy bruising and are secondary to genetic disorders or liver disease. You will need further work up to make diagnosis. The lump under is still coagulated blood or hematoma which will reabsorb also.

If ur platelet count: Is normal, ask ur pcp or hematologist if they considered the possibility of clotting factor and autoimmune diroders. Take care! http://www.Healthline.Com/health/bruise.
