Likely: You may need vaccines, especially if you are eating off the beaten path. May need typhoid if it has been over 2 years since the killed shot vaccine or 5 years since the live oral form. Have you had the hepatitis a series? Up to date on tdap, mmr--vaccines? Besides vaccines-all parts of that country have malaria risk--except the cities of santiago and santo domingo. See a travel doctor.
