None mandatory: The only mandatory vaccine is for people traveling from countries like Paraguay and Nigeria where yellow fever is endemic; yellow fever vaccine is required if you're traveling from those but NOT required for those coming from the US. Zika has been reported there but there is no Zika vaccine and it tends to be mild unless you are pregnant. There is little risk of illness at inclusive resorts.

Agree w Dr. Baker: There are recommended vaccinations . There is only one which is required in limited circumstance. Yellow Fever is required BUT only when traveling from a country with risk of YFV transmission and at least one year of age. REF: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/clinician/none/saint-lucia
