Crohn’s disease is an autoimmune disease, meaning the body’s own cells react to one another. Vaccines often use parts or bacteria or viruses to help the body recognize who ti fight off when those infections occur. Unfortunately, there is no current vaccine that can tell the body to stop attacking itself
