Unknown : Vaccine is not recommended for pregnant patients at this time and probably will not be for many years till more studies are done. We have minimal idea of long term affects an pregnant patients not part of trials or any studies so far. Work with your doctor but vaccine not indicated at present.

The vaccine is recommended during pregnancy, regardless of what trimester you are in. Recent studies have confirmed that there is a significant increased risk from COVID19 during pregnancy and there is no evidence, or even a good theoretical rationale, that the risk from the vaccine to you or the baby is at all comparable.
