I find it hard to accept that anything is 100%. I expect it is an exaggeration to counter ~65 % prevention vs Maderna's 95% , If you never get it you can't get a severe case. I think we will find out in a year or 2 what the functional benefit of the approved vaccines.

Both vaccines are fantastically good & both appear to be equally efficatious, only Moderna vaccine is more convenient for distribution because it does not require anywhere near the extreme cold storage temperatures required by Pfizer. Nothing in the world is 100%. So advise accept which ever vaccine is available first including Johnson & Johnson.
