Please consult Dr.: Not a first line antibiotic for a bladder infection. Why was it prescribed? Is the bacteria resistant to other antibiotics? Or do you just happen to have some Clindamycin ; plan to self medicate? By no means one of the best antibiotics for cystitis. Thus do not wish to suggest dosage. Dosage in any case depends uopn age ; weight of patient.

I just found one of my Clindamycin pills I had been taking 4 times a day for a tooth infection. My last pill was taken Friday night and I just found another- it must have fallen. Do I take it to finish the course?
Rx'd Clindamycin 150mg once every 6 hours for a dental infection, but that means staying up pretty late for the last nighttime dose. Can the last nighttime dose be taken early so I can get a full night's sleep? If so, how early?
