I just found one of my clindamycin pills i had been taking 4 times a day for a tooth infection. my last pill was taken friday night and i just found another- it must have fallen. do i take it to finish the course?

No: If more than half a day has passed it's too late, just toss it out. Know that antibiotics do not cure infected teeth, just prevent the spread of infection until you can have the tooth treated. Important to follow up with your Dentist.
