Vegetarinism: You MAY not see changes externally but your blood work can change. Be sure to keep an eye on your Vitamin B 12 level because vegetarians can easily get low on that. If your type of vegetarianism includes dairy, remember that whole eggs are good, as is cheese as sources of protein. If you don't eat nutritiously you will start grabbing for junk food and defeat the purpose. Peace & health.
