Ca and vitamin D: Strict vegan diets can be deficient in b vitamins (including b12) plus calcium and vitamin d. If you drink milk or eat dairy you're in better shape. Eating eggs and poultry (if you do) are also good. Talk with a good registered dietitian about what you need to supplement.
