Rales: Crackles when breathing, assuming they are coming from your lungs, can be related to fluid in the tiny alveoli and bronchioles. This can be from many things including changes in surfactin. If your doc has already ordered a high-resolution ct, wait for the results.

Ct shows parenchymal scarring of both lung apex. Pleurisy/pericarditis this summer but pain never totally went away. Could this scarring cause pain?
I had a CT scan to rule out PE z following D&E at 16 weeks. CT scan noted Scarring of the lung apices. I never had TB (I get tested for work) and I dont smoke. Is this a cause for concern?
