Stain perhaps: But decay yes. Typically they are very high in sugar content. So be careful. Water is your safest bet. Hope this helps.

Energy drinks: Almost all energy drinks, even the sugar free ones have all kinds of ingredients. I wouldn't worry about staining. I would worry about the acids in them that can contribute to tooth decay. I would also worry about all those 'extra' & unnecessary ingredients as well as why you need extra energy from a drink? Reconsider your life style\priorities. I drink bottled water, love it and know it's healthy.
