What can you drink with braces? i heard that sugar melts the glue on your teeth. is that true?

Braces: You can drink whatever you want while you have braces in moderation. Sugar will not melt the glue but it will cause decay and white spots so keep sugar ly and acidic drinks to a minimum. This includes sodas, iced teas, energy drinks, . Both regular and diet drinks are destructive. Drink more water.
