Mass: Masses can benign (not cancerous) things like lipomas, fibromas, cysts, swollen lymph nodes, etc. it's a good sign that this mass isn't painful and is mobile. Rarely, masses can be something worrisome (cancerous). I'd recommend you get it checked out by your obgyn or PCP because differentiating what it can be is easier by seeing exactly where it is.
