No need 2 worry: HIV is best transmitted from injection drugs, where blood to blood contact occurs. Someone talking, shouting or whatever is not going to be an HIV risk. Kissing is considered safe. Only when there is active, significant bleeding would I be concerned. Even then, if the source patient is taking HIV meds, the small risk drops even further.
