Complex problem: This is a complex problem. This simple answer forum is not the place to get answers to this complex problem. Could be related to blood cell problem, connective tissue disorders as well as a host of other endocrine problems. Consider workup by an internal medicine physician with appropriate referral to indicated specialist(s).
