Easy bruisability is: A common complaint. If it is new or worse then evaluation and potential testing of platelet count and blood coagulation is appropriate.

Wrist lump: A lump on the wrist could be a ganglion or a hematoma. A hematoma will resolve over several weeks but a ganglion will not. See a hand surgeon.
