Use instinct: Alternate Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen every couple hours and use luke warm towels under arms and over groin and on the head to help reduce fever. Use dosing on the bottles. Give adequate fluids but do not force to drink. When you start to feel nervous that she is not getting better, take her to the doctor. Do not just wait by the clock - use appropriate instinct.
