Infection: She will evaluate you for a source of fever, usually an infection of some kind. This is not a high fever. With COPD it could be respiratory. If it's just nasal, throat &/or ears you have taken antibiotic so it may be viral which should go away by itself. 1 week is not a long time for this level of temperature. Pneumonia is possible. She will possibly also check your urine & skin for infection.
