Counseling: Behavioral health to learn to modify behavior in response to anxiety is as important as medication, if not more.
Medication might has a role but it is not the magic pill that fix-it-all. Various aspects has to be considered to correct this behavior disorder.

A 18-year-old female asked:
I am introvert & don't have close friends. Lonliness makes me feel anxiety. I like nothing except spicy or sweet food. Remedy?

Not enough info: You could see a therapist about your difficulty with loneliness and making friends. If asking about a "remedy, " this is not enough information to prescribe an effective homeopathic remedy. You need to see an experienced classical homeopath in order to find a remedy that will be helpful to you.

A 31-year-old member asked:
What can be done to stop getting anxiety around food?

Dr. Heidi Fowler answered

OA: This is pretty vague. I don't know if you are anxious because you want to eat food or if you have a food phobia. If this is impacting your life & is not a literal food phobia - would consider a program like over-eater's anonymous. If i missed the point of your question, would clarify and re-ask. Take care.
