There's no Magic: Anxiety is difficult to manage since it often comes on with little or no warning or obvious cause. As for diet, eating healthy foods, getting plenty of sleep & avoiding alcohol & limiting caffiene may reduce anxiety. The best way to control it is by working with a therapist to control how you allow it to affect you. Also, in extreme cases, medications can be used "as needed".
