More info: Any post coital bleeding warrants an exam of the cervix and make sure pap up to date as wouldn't want to miss precancer of cervix as cause. Lining is perfectly normal for your # day in cycle. Possibly adenomyosis or endometriosis as cause of pain and bleeding? Talk to md about these & other possibilities!
