Possibly: You do not say how long you have had this problem. Impacted wisdom teeth can cause this type of discomfort. However so can infections from abcessed teeth, and bruxism (chronic grinding and clenching the teeth). You need to see your dentist for a thorough exam, and/or an oral surgeon to evaluate your impactions.

Wisdom teeth: Wisdom teeth rarely cause pain in the back of the head. Head and jaw pain is usually associated with temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

See a dentist: I would recommend seeing your dentist, who may x-ray the area and determine if there is an infection or some other source. It could be tmj/tmd.
