Wisdom teeth: Wisdom teeth cannot cause neck spasms to my knowledge. Head pressure is a vague symptom. Certainly wisdom teeth can cause pain and pressure throughout the jaws, face and even the head. See a board certified oral surgeon in consultation to determine if your wisdom teeth are causing the problem and whether they need to be removed.

It's possible: The nerves that supply feeling to your teeth, and wisdom teeth, also supply sensation to the muscles of your face, head, and neck. While it will not cause spasms to these muscles, the discomfort from your teeth can be felt in all of those muscles and be felt as the same. Myalgia in these areas can also be related to tmj/tmd problems and should evaluated by a dentist.
