Hard to say...: Can't tell exactly where the pressure is, can't tell the condition of your other teeth, can't tell if you have a sinus condition. The internet is a great place to get info, but this type of problem requires personal, professional evaluation. Please call a local dentist for an appointment.

Needs to be seen: You would have to be personally seen and evaluated in order to determine the cause of your dental symptoms. That's something we can't do over the internet.
