Another possibility: Is a sinus infection,but we are just guessing.See your PCP so a diagnosis can be made.Then the treatment/cure will be obvious.

Need a medical check: It is hard to guess your diagnosis like you are trying to do. Neither of the two conditions you mentioned are likely to cause you pressure.certainly there is no tumor in this area that will cause pressure, unless it is located over your head(?Headache).
