Need more info: To answer your question, i would need to know what other foods you are eating, your size and weight, and how much exercise you are getting. 1 serving of olive oil (1 tbs) = 120 calories. If you are getting up to 10 servings (1200 calories!) a day, that may be a bit much. A healthy diet is balanced & not weighted too much on fats.
