I consume exactly 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per day, and it is my only source of fat. would a total of 8 grams of saturated fat from just the olive oil be too much saturated fat per day?

10 grms is ok: No about 10 gms of saturated fat is ok per day and about 30 gms of polyunsaturated fat per day.

No: Olive oil is mono-saturated and considered healthy if consumed in moderate amount. However why consume it this way ? If you want to consume some fat, why not enjoy it with a cooked meal? If you are not overweight, i see no harm but I am scratching my head as to why?
